Dear Sadhguru
I read and like your post regularly, share them, get inspired by them.
This morning, your write: "Health is a side effect of spirituality. If you are complete within yourself, being healthy is natural" .
-- My childhood friend had an infectious laugh. She made everyone feel that life was worth living. She generously shared what ever she had learned from her long journey. She died of cancer some
months ago.
- Every day, my youngest son teaches me compassion, the deep connection between all human beings, gives me courage to stand up for what I believe in. My son is handicapped.
- My teacher inspires me and pushes me to be the best I can be. He is blind.
I am far from wanting to measure my wisdom against yours, I know, seen from a certain angle, you are right.
I just ask myself - the thousands of people who read you - what will they see next time they meet their neighbours, battling a life-treatening illness? What will they see when a family with a
special child joins their school?
Will they see the handicap, the absence of spirituality, the lack of completeness?
Or will the see the bravery facing the unknown? Will they see the strength and the deep, rich humanity in all of them? Will they see the light shining through?
Most respectfully
Tamara
